Wye Valley Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Safeguarding Administrator to join the Adult Safeguarding Team. The team consists of three clinical specialists, all committed to the ‘Think Family’ and Making Safeguarding Personal’ models and dedicated to improving outcomes for adults at risk of harm.
We are a friendly team with a breadth of knowledge and expertise and we are excited to support the development of new colleagues. The nature of adult safeguarding requires you to work in a highly confidential environment with frequent exposure to potentially distressing information and so a level of emotional resilience is required.
This role would suit someone who is well organised and confident in directing their own workload. We’re also looking for excellent communication skills and confidence in using Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to be self‑motivated and use your own initiative is important, together with working well within a team.
