Thera East Anglia has an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team in Tunstead. This is a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive salary of £13.40 per hour.
About The Role
As a valued Support Worker, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. Your day‑to‑day duties may include helping individuals develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, assisting with planning and managing their own homes, supporting leisure and employment interests, and accompanying them to travel and community activities. The role is varied, rewarding, and sometimes challenging, requiring flexibility and care.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- No previous experience or qualifications required – full training will be provided
