Position: Waking Night Project Worker

Location: Sandhurst

Salary: £12,561 per annum/£13.42 per hour

Hours: Part‑time (18 hours per week)

The Role

  • Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
  • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
  • Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
  • Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care (shifts Thursday & Friday nights)

About You

  • You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support.
  • You work well both independently and in a team.
  • Experience is helpful, but not essential – full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided.
  • A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
