Warehouse Associate – FLT (Mirfield)

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Hardware Picking team in Mirfield.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking tasks in the hardware warehouse.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of picks.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain safe working conditions.
• Work at height as required.
• Collaborate with the team to meet internal and external customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence (any type); VNA licence preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse picking role.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Team player who takes ownership of issues and problems, shares knowledge, and commits to meeting customer expectations.
