About the role:

Start Date: 5th April 2026 – Fixed until July 2026 A secondary school in Oadby seeks a Pastoral Support Worker to support pupils with wellbeing, attendance and behaviour. You’ll help build positive attitudes to learning and provide emotional support throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupil wellbeing and behaviour
• Liaise with parents and staff
• Monitor attendance concerns
• Provide mentoring sessions

Pre-requisites:

• Pastoral or youth work experience
• Strong communication
• Calm and supportive
• Enhanced DBS
