Salary

£13.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations
• Drive sales and deliver high‑quality customer service
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors
• Motivate and develop team members to achieve targets

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team‑leader experience within a fast‑paced high‑street retailer
• Understanding of retail KPIs – sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided)
