Bank Support Worker – Forest View Care Home

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: Bank – Zero hours

Shift Times: As/when needed in service – 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)

Job Responsibilities

• Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

Experience is not required – values and behaviours are the priority. Full training, ongoing support and development opportunities will be provided.
