About Hyered
Hyered is a specialist recruitment business operating across music, entertainment, media and tech, partnering with some of the industry’s most exciting brands across the UK and US markets. We are a fast-paced, growing business looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Operations & Business Support Assistant to work closely with our Founder and wider team.
This is a varied role that combines finance administration, data management, marketing support and day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal person will enjoy wearing multiple hats, keeping things organised behind the scenes and helping a growing business run efficiently.
This position is based in Wimbledon with some hybrid working and could suit someone looking for either a full-time opportunity or a flexible 3/4 day per week role.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Operations
- Processing payroll
- Raising invoices and supporting credit control processes
- Supporting general business administration and operational processes
- Assisting with office management
Data & Systems Management
- Managing and maintaining our CRM and database systems
- Cleaning and organising data across systems
- Supporting data sourcing and data management
- Weekly reporting
Marketing
- Managing company social content
- Helping maintain and update the website
- Managing phone line and general inbound enquiries
Executive & Diary Support
- Managing and coordinating the Founder’s diary and meetings
- Booking travel, accommodation and logistics
- Supporting personal diary management where required
- Coordinating events
The successful candidate
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Confident working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in recruitment, operations, finance administration, EA support or office management would be advantageous
