We have an exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join our dedicated team. The role involves delivering, coordinating, and maintaining effective systems to support the delivery of services, overseeing the Minor Works team in the London region, and ensuring timely communication across the wider regional team.
Responsibilities
- Support the regional team with effective communication to ensure accurate and timely information is collected and coordinated to meet required timescales.
- Provide quality statistical information on key performance indicators to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring, and implementing improvements where needed.
- Update all manual and computerised records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify any shortfalls in service delivery and ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues.
Qualifications
- Recent experience providing administrative support to senior management.
- Experience of Property Services Day to Day Process.
- Experience working in an appointment/work scheduling environment.
- Some knowledge of producing quality compliance and statistical information.
- Ability to work on own initiative and independently.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
