Role Description
The Support Workers will provide care services tailored to the unique needs of clients, including personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication administration, and emotional support. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing companionship, assisting with daily living tasks, monitoring client well-being, and adhering to safeguarding and care plans. Team members will work collaboratively to ensure a high standard of care and quality of life for clients with a range of complex conditions.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Support Worker
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing compassionate care
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and commitment to client safety
- Effective communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
- Basic understanding of healthcare and care delivery processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant professional qualifications or training in care are advantageous
