Activities Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £13.20 per hour (£25,740 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), permanent
Driving Licence: Manual UK licence preferred (due to local bus schedules)

This is a physical, hands‑on role, and to succeed you’ll have
- Good spoken and written English
- A full UK manual driving licence

Who You’ll Be Supporting

We’re home to sixteen incredible young adults living with complex neurological, learning, and physical disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease and Rett syndrome. Registered as The Royal School for the Blind, SeeAbility is one of the oldest disability charities in the UK. We celebrate our 225th anniversary and have pioneered specialist support across multiple generations since 1799.
We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and sight loss. Our services range from person‑centred support across supported‑living and residential care provisions to specialist eye‑care services.
