What You Will Do
- Execute and optimize go-to-market strategies across outbound, inbound, and partnerships to acquire UK SMEs and enterprise accounts.
- Lead the end‑to‑end customer journey, from personally onboarding new users to building scalable support processes and internal tools.
- Support the CEO in fundraising, drafting investor updates, and leading hiring efforts to build a high-performance account management team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or operations with a track record of managing complex customer lifecycles.
- Highly analytical and organized, comfortable using spreadsheets and automation tools like Zapier or n8n to streamline internal processes.
- Exceptional communicator who is passionate about brand building and possesses a curiosity for the energy retail or green‑tech markets.
