Energy Support Worker (admin)

We are looking for an Energy Support Worker. The role will primarily involve supporting the work of our busy Energy Team, triaging clients to ensure they are prepared for appointments and checking whether they have other advice needs. You will also assist with case recording and reporting, and generally ensuring that clients have a smooth advice journey.
