Site Location: Newton AbbotContract: Temporary ongoingShift Pattern: Shifts booked weekly, any evenings, Monday to Sunday, 5.45pm to 12am (midnight)Pay Rate: £13.53 per hour if unskilled, £14.08 if trained on machines, £14.65 after 10pm

Due to continued business growth, gap personnel are recruiting for Food Production Operator – Evenings to join the team at Yeo Valley in Newton Abbot. These roles are available with immediate starts.
As a Food Production Operator – Evenings, you will be helping with the end‑of‑day running of the production line, making sure products are made safely, correctly, and on time.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Working on the line and helping with food production
- Packing products correctly and safely
- Checking that everything is running as it should
- Keeping your area clean and organised
- Letting the team know if there are any issues
- Once trained, operating the machinery

- Able to work well in a team
- Good communication skills
- Happy to do manual work
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Candidates with previous food production experience will be offered opportunities for further training and enhanced pay once trained
- Candidates must be flexible and able to accept shifts that are requested on a weekly basis
