Must have’s

• Experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Confident using hand tools and specialist equipment
• Able to complete manufacturing and traceability documentation accurately

Nice to have’s

• Soldering, wiring or crimping experience
• Aerospace, defence or electronics industry experience
• Knowledge of IPC620 standards

What will you be doing?

• Assembling high‑precision electronic and mechanical components
• Wiring, crimping and soldering products using engineering drawings
• Building assemblies using hand tools and specialist equipment
• Carrying out inspections and testing to ensure quality standards are met
• Completing manufacturing and traceability documentation accurately
• Working on highly sensitive components used within aerospace and defence applications
