Process Loader – Newport (Full‑Time)

£14 per hour, 12‑hour shifts (days & nights).

About the Role

As a Process Loader you will report to the First Line Manager or Multi Operator and support the production line by preparing and loading materials. These manual roles ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.

Key Duties

• Load materials to support the production line.
• Start, stop and reset equipment as required.
• Remove and return excess materials or waste (e.g., full/empty skips).
• Transport materials from drop‑off points to designated work areas.
• Perform cleaning tasks across production areas and machines.
• Assist with rework activities and complete required documentation.
• Collect and prepare samples as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards using “clean as you go” methods.
• Comply with food hygiene and safety procedures including HACCP.
• Attend team meetings and follow clear lines of communication.
• Support the execution of routine tasks in line with KPIs and targets.

Requirements

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C / 4 or equivalent).
• IT literate and able to complete documentation and transactions.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, detail‑focused, and flexible.
• Willingness to learn and undergo full training.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days and nights).
