Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you’ll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and recommend and sell the newest food products.
- Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused while the store is at its busiest.
- Use digital tools such as Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and ensure customers get the products they want when they need them.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment, supporting each other in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible to work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands; no two shifts look the same.
