Responsibilities

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro‑therapy team to implement goals and strategies, helping people regain lost skills and confidence to move onto a more fulfilled life. The role involves working on a varied rota (set monthly) and will include evening and weekend work. It will also include personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service. We prefer to promote internally and have excellent career development opportunities, including monthly staff awards and a management training programme that everyone is encouraged to complete.
