Lead Operator, Hazardous Process Plant – Shift Leader

Victrex in Tees Valley is seeking a Lead Operator to support the Process Team Leader in coordinating shift activities and ensuring plant operations are safe and efficient. This role includes mentoring operators, optimising processes, and taking leadership responsibility when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in a hazardous manufacturing environment and demonstrate effective communication skills. A minimum of 4 GCSEs is required, along with leadership experience.
