About The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll:
- Engage with customers about overdue accounts with professionalism and empathy
- Negotiate affordable repayment plans and set up payment arrangements
- Identify and support vulnerable customers when needed
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficientlyManage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records and follow all regulatory procedures
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in contact centres, collections, or customer-facing roles who are confident handling sensitive and challenging conversations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in collections, contact centre, or customer service roles
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confidence in problem-solving and objection handling

Working Hours & Training
- Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
- Rotational shifts: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Training: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Croydon office
- Hybrid working available after successful completion of 3-month probation
