Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a unionized workforce primarily on the afternoon shift.
• Act as coverage on the day shift as per business needs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate and Report KPI stats.
• Manage day to day shipping, receiving, and picking functions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years distribution center management experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing a unionized environment.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
