We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a Pastoral and Well Being Support Assistant in Droitwich Spa. This role focuses on supporting children’s emotional and social needs through tailored interventions, while collaborating with teachers to enhance classroom learning.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic pastoral team, committed to professional development in a supportive environment. Required hours are 36 hours 15 minutes per week, term time only, starting September 2026.
