About the role
Production Operative – Join our dynamic manufacturing team at the Northern Upholstery site on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to start a rewarding career with DFS.

Bentley Moor Ln, Adwick le Street, Doncaster DN6 7BD
Hours & Shifts
Full Time, 40 hours per week.
Shift pattern: Alternate week 1 – 5:30 – 13:50 Monday‑Friday; week 2 – 14:00 – 00:30 Monday‑Wednesday and 14:00 – 00:05 Thursday (4‑day working week).

What you’ll be doing
Initially, your responsibilities will include ensuring that materials and products are available throughout the factory, which will involve significant manual lifting and require stamina. As you become proficient and gain a deeper understanding of the products, you can develop specialised skills such as upholstery or sewing, providing growth and increased earnings opportunities.
No prior experience is necessary—only a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn.
