We are looking for a Maintenance Handyperson who can work as part of a team to help repair, fix and maintain our properties across Nottinghamshire.
About You
You will have a broad range of practical skills and be that person everyone turns to when something breaks! You’ll love DIY, being active and completing practical tasks. It doesn’t matter if you have the qualifications or not, we can give you the training you need to do this job if you are keen and willing to do it! We know many of these skills are self‑taught. We need your practical expertise to keep our portfolio of properties well maintained and safe for our residents.
We can help you start a career by providing you with a full training programme to skill you in plumbing, plastering and general maintenance. You will also be supported by a fantastic team who are always happy to help.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out repairs and general maintenance.
- Preventative planned maintenance.
- Reactive maintenance repairs.
- Tasks range from simple building maintenance and joinery to plumbing, painting, and gardening.
Requirements
- You will need a driving license so that you can travel around our portfolio of properties. A fleet vehicle and all the tools needed to do your job are provided.
