Romac Logistics is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor, to join our team based in Eurocentral, Motherwell.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Achieve industry leading KPI’s in Health & Safety, service, and performance.
- Manage all aspects of receipt, handling, and despatch of stock.
- Monitor sickness and absence through effective Management skills.
- Accountable for Health & safety requirements and events in the workplace to ensure a safe environment for colleagues and contractors.
- Ensure all customer service requests are dealt with efficiently.
- Drive a can‑do culture by adopting a hands‑on approach.
- Develop and mentor team members.
- Ensure a smooth and timely handover is executed.
