Youth Support Worker – LGBTQ+ Inclusion Pilot (5 hrs/wk)

Plymouth City Council is seeking a Youth Support Worker for a fixed-term role supporting LGBTQ+ youth within the Community Youth Team. This pilot position focuses on creating inclusive spaces and delivering relationship-based support.

Ideal candidates are current employees with a solid background in youth work. The role requires 5 hours of work per week and will run until March 2027, with further reviews planned to assess impact.
