Location: Plas Cae Crwn Care Home – Shaw healthcare, Park St, Newtown SY16 1EW
Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: 27.5, 42, 42, 42 hour contracts available
Shift Times: (07:45 – 20:15), (07:45 – 14:15), (14:15 – 20:15)
Plas Cae Crwn provides 24-hour care and support to elderly residents with various needs, including residential, respite, and dementia care. The home offers spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, all decorated to a high standard and equipped with the latest assistive technology to enhance residents’ safety and wellbeing. There are several communal areas, including a comfortable lounge, dining room, and quiet spaces for relaxation and socialisation. The outdoor area features beautifully landscaped gardens with seating areas, where residents can enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
