What You’ll Do
As a Field Technician, you’ll complete field work for Mortgage Inspection Plans throughout Massachusetts. Every day brings a new location, new challenges, and the opportunity to work independently in the field. You’ll be assigned a daily territory with scheduled jobs and will work outdoors year-round in a fast‑paced, active environment.
Position Details
Full‑Time | Monday–Friday
31–40 hours per week
Seasonal/Summer applicants encouraged to apply!
Pay & Earning Potential
- Training Period: $15/hour (or minimum wage)
- After Training: Piecework or commission‑based
- $12 – $24 per job

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current registration
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable and ready to complete assigned tasks independently
