Requirements
Looking for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in a similar position to deliver great service to our guests. The role is three days per week, working one weekend in four. Some painting experience preferred.
Duties
- Liaise with the Maintenance team and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
- Comply with all statutory and company regulations relating to health & safety, hygiene, fire safety and security of the premises and property.
- Ensure proactive and reactive day‑to‑day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
- Assist with ensuring maintenance work remains within budget and causes little disruption to guests.
