Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic ICT Support Assistant to join our Service Delivery team in a fixed term position for 6 months to support our equipment refresh project.

Responsibilities

  • Installation of end user hardware and software for the implementation of ICT systems as part of the regular refresh programme.
  • Timely update of technical and asset documentation used within the team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills; will be dealing with all staff across the Trust’s Corporate and Clinical Services at all levels.
  • Experience in the use and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of ICT including hardware and Microsoft Office packages.

Other Information

  • Work under supervision within a number of ICT teams.
