Consortia is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with demonstrated experience in the payments industry to define a global Go‑to‑Market strategy and execute product launches end‑to‑end. As Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in influencing marketing and product decisions to ensure a seamless payment journey for our customers.

£60,000 – £80,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a GTM strategy and execute product launches end‑to‑end.
  • Work alongside colleagues and external partners to create marketing assets that support product launches.
  • Gain expertise on competitors’ products, technology, and trends and share insights with colleagues.
  • Play a key role in influencing marketing and product decisions.
  • Ensure product performance is in an optimal state by monitoring KPIs and providing recommendations.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in cross‑border payments and/or payment acceptance.
  • A track record of campaign ownership and driving growth.
  • Experience working first‑hand with product teams to ensure product quality.
  • Excellent marketing skills and experience collaborating with sales to drive leads through multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in financial services/fintech businesses.
