The Spa Wellness Concierge plays an integral role in creating and delivering refined and personalised experiences, offering expect guidance on spa services, wellness practices and retail brands.
Embracing heart, head, and hands values, this role provides a caring and positive approach to guest interactions with a strong focus on operational excellence and a creative entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
The role is integral in creating a smooth and luxurious experience from initial enquiry through to post-visit follow‑up, ensuring a seamless communication throughout the guest journey.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, reservations, or a customer service environment.
- Takes pride in personal grooming and presentation.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence and professionalism when interacting with high‑profile guests.
- Sales‑driven with the ability to upsell and cross‑sell effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Takes pride in own professional grooming.
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
- A background in luxury hospitality or a related field.
- Additional certifications in hospitality, wellness, or customer service are advantageous.
