We are seeking to recruit two Teaching Assistants with previous experience of SEND to support children with specific needs from 1st September 2026. Two job descriptions are attached.
Key Requirements
- Has experience of working with children with more complex special needs
- Has experience of working in a Primary School
- Has a calm, nurturing and consistent approach.
- Highly observant and responsive to individual needs.
- Is flexible and able to adapt strategies quickly.
- Is able to work independently while also contributing to a team.
- Has a commitment to improving outcomes for pupils.
