Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Decorator, located in Maldon, Essex. Decorators will perform a variety of painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, painting and maintaining the overall aesthetic quality of spaces. Other responsibilities include ensuring safety standards are met, and adhering to project timelines. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in painting and other general decorating tasks
- Proficiency in surface preparation, finishing techniques, and the use of decorating tools
- Familiarity with materials selection, color coordination, and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow project specifications and safety protocols
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in commercial or residential decorating is highly beneficial
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous
