NHS Business Services Authority is seeking a Switchboard Shift Operator for the telecommunication service of their nine hospitals. This role is the first point of contact for staff and customers, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and distributing calls, operating switchboard consoles, and co-ordinating hospital staff rotas. The position offers a permanent contract with a starting salary between £25,760 and £27,476 per year.
