Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and serving of both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks
• Deliver top‑notch customer service to visitors and hotel guests
• Keep the bar area tidy and well‑organised
• Help with inventory management and replenish bar supplies
• Accurately and effectively handle consumer orders
• Make sure that health and safety rules and licensing laws are followed
• During peak service times, assist senior bar employees
• Help in the opening and closing of the bar
• Keep your presentation and professionalism at a high level

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or other hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Capacity to operate effectively in a hectic setting
• Strong teamwork abilities and a positive outlook
• Adaptable and dependable method of working
• It is beneficial to have knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
• While not necessary, having relevant hospitality experience is advantageous
