Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers’ doorsteps on time and in a great condition.
• Complete checks to ensure the van is organised, clean, roadworthy and that delivery cases are secure before leaving the premises.
• Serve customers brilliantly, supporting questions and substitutions, and keeping them aware of any delays.
• Build a deep knowledge of our products, services and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
• When not delivering, help across the store as needed (e.g., restocking, unloading, supporting other duties).

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Be over 18 and hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than six points.
• Complete an online driving risk assessment and, if successful, a driving assessment on joining.
• Have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Be friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic about providing an excellent doorstep experience.
• Proficient at driving a large vehicle in varied locations (busy streets, narrow lanes, residential properties).
• Able to work flexibly, efficiently in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, and ready to learn new digital tools.
