Lead AI Safety & Red Team Engineer (Bedrock & Compliance)

Broughton Group is seeking a Technical Lead to build and scale the “Safety & Trust” engine for our agentic AI ecosystem. The role entails ensuring compliance with FCA Operational Resilience, DORA, and EU AI Act.

You will implement adversarial testing, operate a centralized evaluation platform, and produce required technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have deep AWS Bedrock expertise and significant experience in UK Financial Services.
