As part of the Tekever team, your mission is to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure by delivering reliable technical support and maintaining robust, scalable systems. You will be the backbone of our day‑to‑day technology operations, empowering colleagues across all locations to work efficiently while proactively identifying and resolving challenges that keep our business moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide local and/or remote user support.
- Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems.
- Provide IT support for employee onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Analyse and acquire IT equipment.
- Support troubleshooting of technical issues and network problems.
- Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment.
- Administer and maintain the company’s and branches’ infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
Requirements
- Technical or higher education in IT‑related fields.
- Proven professional experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of networks and IT systems.
- Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
- Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism.
