Immediate starts available. This role offers ongoing work with genuine Temp to Perm opportunities. Pay rates starting at £12.71. The role of Picker Packer is based in Daventry. No experience in logistics distribution and supply chain is needed, though beneficial. This role is suitable for those with background in warehouse, customer service, admin, retail, or cleaning. Full time only – Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders
• Packing light orders for distribution to the customer
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Putting stock away
• General warehouse duties
• Training in logistics distribution and supply chain will be provided

Pay & Working Hours

• 06:00 – 14:30 – £12.71 per hour
• 12:00 – 20:30 – £12.71 per hour
• Immediate starts
• Full time only – Monday to Friday

Qualifications

No formal experience required. Prior work as a picker packer at Amazon, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL, or similar employers or sector is advantageous.
