Job Summary
In this role, you will manage air export shipments end to end, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and close coordination with customers, airlines, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the air export process from booking to delivery.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
- Tracking and tracing Air Export files as required, either internally via exp.o or externally via airline websites or by telephone to airline offices.
- Ensuring timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
- Ensuring documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
- Interacting with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
- Meeting company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee.
- Promoting compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the tasks at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.
Qualifications
- 6 months–1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent training).
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, operating systems).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good education – preferably to A Level standard. Minimum GCSE Maths and English.
