Classroom Assistant

Location: ThirskPay: £92 to £105 per dayStart Date: ASAPHours: Part-time

We are working in partnership with a Multi-Academy Trust in the Thirsk area who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support across their primary schools. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across a range of settings while supporting pupils in welcoming and inclusive environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning within the classroom
• Work with small groups to support learning activities
• Provide additional support to pupils with varying needs
• Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and reliable approach
• DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
