What will you do?
- Lead a team of waiters within a section of the restaurant at London Stadium
- Train team members and support their professional development
- Engage and communicate positively with guests when needed, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere and guest experiences
- Effectively support coordination between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure outstanding cleanliness and organisation of the dining space, maintaining Delaware North’s standards of excellence
More About You
- No degree required
- Experience in a hospitality or similar environment is beneficial
- Skills in prioritisation, self‑management, written and verbal communication, and IT skills, including handling spreadsheets
