Job Description:

Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for Chef De Partie’s to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life!

As a Chef De Partie (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties…

  • Preparing and presenting our dishes with style and precision – experience working as a CDP within a similar environment is essential for this role!
  • Ensuring our Kitchen environment is safe and organised – City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required.
  • Working within a Team – clear communication and being a team player is the type of person we are looking for!
