About The Role
As a Curriculum Leader your role is to lead the strategic direction, design and delivery of the geography curriculum across the academy. The role requires subject expertise, a passion for teacher development and a deep commitment to King Solomon Academy’s mission: ensuring every pupil – regardless of their starting point – achieves academic excellence in geography and feels safe, happy and successful in Geography lessons.
Candidate Profile
- Experience of raising attainment in a leadership role in a challenging school
- Evidence of continually improving the teaching and learning of their subject through training and coaching staff
