Are you a Psychology Graduate, who has skills such as patience, good communication and an understanding of human behaviour? If so, this Aspiring SEND Teacher role could be the perfect position for you!

A highly regarded school in Ealing are looking for someone to develop their experience before stepping into the SEND role as a teacher.

The role, of an Aspiring SEND Teacher;

  • Passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
  • Committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued.
  • Able to build positive and trusting relationships with students, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Skilled at adapting teaching strategies and resources to meet individual learning needs.
  • Dedicated to promoting student independence, confidence, and self-esteem.

The full-time position will be offered on a 1-year contract and provide an excellent foundation for graduates pursuing a long-term career as an Aspiring SEND Teacher.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An Aspiring SEND Teacher, Educational Psychologist, or Clinical Psychologist
  • A Psychology graduate with BPS Accreditation
  • Passionate about supporting children with SEND
  • Keen to develop experience within a specialist school environment

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum
