Milne Safety is a Health & Safety consultancy and training company based in Wymondham. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for a forklift trainer to deliver these at our Training Centre in Wymondham and our client’s sites.

What we are looking for
Attributes and qualifications required for the role:
- AITT Preferred but not essential if not ITSSAR, or RTITB instructor certification (required)
- Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience
- Ability to captivate and engage participants with compelling and interactive training sessions
- At least 1 years of proven experience in training delivery
- Experience using a variety of training techniques and methodologies
- A self-starter who is motivated, independent, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both on your own and as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive forklift training programs at our Wymondham Training Centre as well as at our clients sites
- Conduct in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are fully involved
- Provide training in compliance with accredited standards
- Maintain a professional demeanor and establish rapport with customers during on-site visits
