Chef de Partie – Focus on Cold and Pastry

On Target Earnings £14.75 – £15.25* (Including TRONC)

About You

  • Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
  • Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
  • 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
