Room Attendant (Turndown) – Hours

At Soho House, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and comfort of guest rooms and suites. Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00 or 16:00‑22:00. With an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will ensure each space meets the club’s high standards, contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to club standards
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed, ensuring consistency and presentation
  • Check rooms for maintenance issues and report any faults or damages promptly
  • Ensure guest belongings are respected and handled with care and confidentiality
  • Maintain cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas in a tidy and well‑stocked condition
  • Support laundry services, including sorting, folding, and transporting items when required
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including use of chemicals and PPE
  • Communicate guest requests, room status changes, or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Assist with turndown service or special requests when required
  • Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service areas remain clean and clutter‑free

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue as a housekeeping or room attendant
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time independently
  • Professional appearance and a respectful, positive attitude
  • Basic spoken English and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
