Interim Property Surveyor – Housing Stock & Compliance

NIYAA PEOPLE LIMITED is seeking an Interim Property Surveyor for a 3-month contract in Downham Market. You will be responsible for delivering surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard compliant with regulations.

This position offers a rate of £35 per hour and requires travel across the South East. The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND in Building Studies, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property services, and social housing experience.
